WhishBridge — Cross-Domain Whish Pay Developer Kit

Build an authorized cross-domain Whish Pay integration with a transparent, self-hosted Node.js developer kit.

WhishBridge v0.2.1-beta provides reference source code for connecting merchant-owned, Whish-authorized websites to an approved merchant-domain integration. Designed for developers who need server-side checkout creation, payment reconciliation and secure delivery of paid access.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Dependency-free Node.js HTTP API and persistent SQLite WAL storage.

• Site-specific server API keys, catalog-controlled pricing and idempotent order handling.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Node.js 24 recommended; an always-on server with persistent disk; HTTPS reverse proxy; scheduled reconciliation every 1–5 minutes; and backend development skills. You must integrate your own customer accounts, order database and protected content delivery. The SQLite implementation is not suitable for ephemeral Netlify Functions or multi-host scaling; port storage to managed SQL first.
