Each week of Rope & Ritual explores a different theme and emotional landscape, inspired by different types of touch - Earth, Water, Air, and Fire.

Here’s what your journey will look like:

Week 1: Breathwork & Sensual Presence

We begin by grounding into your body and breath. You’ll learn how to use rhythm, repetition, and deep presence to create a sensual rope experience. This week focuses on slow, steady touch and co-regulation through breath.

Week 2: Body Manipulation & Flow

This week is all about guiding your partner’s body with grace and sensitivity. You’ll learn how to use water-inspired touch - fluid, flowing, adaptable - to move your partner gently and create a sense of surrender. We’ll explore different ways to tie while keeping your partner engaged and relaxed.

Week 3: Teasing, Listening & Play

We explore playful, seductive, and teasing rope. You’ll practice the art of noticing - through a fun noticing game - and refine your non-verbal communication. This is where blindfolds and air-touch techniques come in, inviting lightness, curiosity, and anticipation into your rope sessions.

Week 4 - Power, Passion & Consent

This fiery week turns up the heat. We dive into passion rope and the art of setting the mood: how to use music, lighting, intention, and outfit to transform a simple session into something powerful. We’ll discuss power exchange, intensity, and how to navigate desires safely with clear negotiation and consent.

Week 5 - Storytelling, Ritual & Emotional Safety

In our final class, we weave everything together. You’ll learn how to build an emotionally safe container for surrender and improvisation. We’ll explore the “waves” of a session - rising, peaking, falling - and how to guide that experience with rope. This week is about creativity, intuition, and the magic of ritual.
