Turn scattered wedding inspiration into user-defined style direction and vendor-specific creative briefs.

Short description

An undated offline planning kit that helps you organize scattered wedding inspiration into a shared style direction and focused vendor briefs, without importing or storing inspiration images.

Full description

Beautiful inspiration is easy to collect. Explaining what belongs together, and what a vendor should do with it, is the harder part.

Valas Wedding Vision-to-Vendor Brief Builder is an undated, self-serve planning kit for turning scattered ideas into a direction you define. Use the private offline app and printable workbooks to name the feeling, establish a five-color palette, sort inspiration, document priorities and constraints, and prepare five focused vendor briefs from one shared vision.

The product does not choose a wedding style for you, import inspiration images, contact vendors, or promise that a concept is feasible. It gives you a structured place to make and communicate your own decisions.

What is included?

- `wedding-vision-to-vendor-brief-builder.html` — a dependency-free offline planning app with local browser save, JSON backup export/import, reset controls, printable summaries, and a fictional demo.

- Four 32-page printable workbooks:

 - `Valas-Wedding-Vision-Workbook-US-Letter-Full-Color.pdf`

 - `Valas-Wedding-Vision-Workbook-A4-Full-Color.pdf`

 - `Valas-Wedding-Vision-Workbook-US-Letter-Low-Ink.pdf`

 - `Valas-Wedding-Vision-Workbook-A4-Low-Ink.pdf`

- A concise start guide and end-user license in the buyer ZIP.

- A clearly synthetic completed example using reserved `.example` source addresses—not a real couple, event, vendor, or endorsement.

What the workflow covers?

- Wedding basics and known venue constraints.

- Priorities, non-negotiables, and user-entered budget guardrails.

- A three-word wedding North Star.

- A five-color palette with purpose notes.

- Materials, textures, shapes, light, and atmosphere.

- A two-page inspiration inventory with optional source URL, reason, and Keep / Maybe / Release status.

- User-defined cohesion rules and checks.

- Clear Include and Avoid direction.

- Open decisions and questions.

- Five vendor-specific briefs: coordinator, florist, décor/rentals, stationer, and photographer.

- A one-page North Star summary and packet checklist.

Simple workflow

1. Confirm the event basics, venue constraints, priorities, and non-negotiables.

2. Define the three-word North Star and five-color palette in your own words.

3. Record inspiration as notes and optional source URLs; classify each idea as Keep, Maybe, or Release.

4. Name the materials, shapes, lighting, atmosphere, Include items, and Avoid items that create cohesion.

5. Add your own budget guardrails, unresolved decisions, and questions.

6. Prepare coordinator, florist, décor/rentals, stationer, and photographer briefs from the same approved direction.

7. Review the final packet with the relevant vendor, who remains responsible for feasibility, scope, pricing, and delivery.

Who it is for?

- Couples and co-planners who have saved many ideas but need a shared direction.

- DIY wedding planners preparing for vendor consultations.

- People who want to communicate style preferences without sending vendors an unstructured collection of links.

- Buyers who prefer an undated, offline tool and printable worksheets over another subscription.

- Wedding professionals who ask their own client to purchase and complete a personal copy before a consultation.

Who it is not for?

- Anyone seeking a vendor directory, marketplace, recommendation, quote, or booking service.

- Anyone who wants the product to select a style, generate a mood board, or make design decisions automatically.

- Buyers who need image scraping, image downloading, social-board importing, or cloud collaboration.

- Anyone seeking a complete wedding timeline, guest manager, seating planner, contract reviewer, procurement system, or accounting tool.

- Anyone seeking professional wedding planning, design, legal, financial, accessibility, venue-safety, or contractual advice.

Privacy, image rights, and source URLs

The app is designed to run locally with no network calls. It does not require an account and does not scrape, download, store, reproduce, or analyze inspiration images. A buyer may type an optional source URL and their own notes. Opening a saved URL outside the app later requires internet access and remains subject to the source site's current terms and availability. The workspace can be saved in the local browser, exported to a JSON backup, imported on a trusted device, reset, and printed.

An optional URL is a reference, not permission to copy or reuse the linked work. The buyer is responsible for using only material they own or are authorized to use, following applicable platform terms, and obtaining any required permissions before reproducing or sharing third-party content. Do not enter passwords, payment data, private account links, guest information, contract terms, or other sensitive information. Local browser data and exported or printed files are not represented as encrypted.

Valas and this product are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pinterest or any other inspiration platform. Third-party names belong to their respective owners.

License summary

The included license controls. In plain language, the purchaser receives a personal-use license for one wedding and may share completed briefs or summaries with vendors working on that wedding. The underlying app, PDFs, examples, instructions, and source files may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, uploaded to a shared template library, or handed to another couple for reuse. A planner or studio should not buy one copy and distribute the product to multiple clients.

Boundaries and disclaimers

This product is an organizational and communication aid. It does not verify inspiration sources, establish ownership rights, select vendors, request or compare quotes, review contracts, confirm venue rules, calculate affordability, approve specifications, or determine whether a design can be produced safely, lawfully, on time, or within budget.

Every brief is based on buyer-entered information. The buyer and their vendors must verify measurements, availability, substitutions, production methods, accessibility, permissions, pricing, schedules, contracts, and venue requirements. No vendor response, shared interpretation, booking, price, timeline, design result, or wedding outcome is promised or guaranteed.
