- Issue — how issues are captured, escalated and closed
- Quality — what "good enough" means and how it is checked
- Risk — how risk is identified, scored, treated and reported
- Sustainability — environmental and social considerations, recorded rather than assumed
Plus a pack approval and review register, so the whole set is versioned and signed off together.
Why one pack instead of nine documents
Because the approaches have to agree with each other. A change approved under the change approach has to flow through the commercial, quality and risk approaches too. Written separately, they drift. Written together, they hold.
