A 52-Card MindContinuum Check-In Deck
Sometimes it helps to pause, notice what is happening, and consider one next step that fits. This 52-card deck offers gentle prompts for reflection, self-compassion, and everyday personal growth.
The cards are organized into three sections: Notice, Reset, and Choose. Use them in any order—pick a card that speaks to the moment, draw one at random, or simply browse. Each card offers an open-ended question or optional practice. You can skip any prompt, adapt it, or set the deck aside whenever you wish.
These cards are designed for personal reflection, including the moments between appointments and times when you’re doing your own growth work. They are not a substitute for individualized professional care.
WHY I DEVELOPED THESE CARDS
In 34 years of clinical work, I’ve seen how meaningful reflection and change can continue beyond the time spent in a session. I wanted to create a practical, compassionate resource people could return to in those in-between moments—and a gentle starting point for anyone who wants to understand themselves and consider what might help next.
The cards are not meant to give you the “right” answer or tell you what to do. They offer space to pause, approach yourself with curiosity, and choose what feels useful for you.
