My mewing story
As the well known saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. This was my face 16 months ago. After many years of unproper tongue posture and 3 years of braces I realized my face was changing and I could not recognize it anymore. After years of searching for the solution, I finally found it in the hands of dr. Mike and John Mew, I started mewing. During the last year and a half, I discovered secret key for ganing mewing results and the additional techniques that support mewing progress.
