Hearing God: Discerning the Voice of the Lord
We live in a generation saturated with voices—media voices, cultural opinions, personal ambitions, and the noise of everyday life. Amid this loud and chaotic world, one voice remains most vital and most often neglected: the voice of the Lord. Yet it is this very voice that brings clarity, peace, direction, and transformation.
I am both honored and deeply stirred to write the foreword for this powerful book, Hearing God: Discerning the Voice of the Lord. This work is not only timely—it is eternal in its relevance. For throughout history, the Lord has longed to speak with His people, and He still does. From Adam in the garden, to Moses at the burning bush, to Elijah in the cave, and to every believer today, God is still speaking. The question is not whether He speaks, but whether we are positioned to hear.
The author of this book writes not merely from theological insight but from lived experience—a journey marked by seeking, waiting, and learning to tune the heart to Heaven’s frequency. The chapters are rich with scriptural foundations, practical wisdom, and spiritual depth. They are a call to awaken the inner ear of every believer and to walk in daily communion with the Shepherd who says, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27, KJV).
