Christian Leadership & Character Formation: Becoming Before Leading is a Christ-centered course designed to help current and emerging Christian leaders develop the character necessary to carry leadership responsibility faithfully.

Christian leadership is more than position, influence, ability, or results. Scripture calls leaders to examine the heart, follow Jesus, steward authority responsibly, walk in integrity, remain accountable, and lead with humility and biblical conviction.

Through 15 Scripture-centered lessons, this course explores Jesus as the model for leadership, character before position, the leader's inner and spiritual life, authority, integrity, humility, accountability, pride, ambition, temptation, healthy boundaries, burnout, conflict, difficult decisions, developing other leaders, perseverance, legacy, and finishing well.

This course is designed for elders, ministers, teachers, ministry leaders, small-group leaders, department leaders, emerging leaders, and believers preparing for greater leadership responsibility.

The goal is not simply to become a better leader. The goal is to become more like Christ while you lead.
