What you get:

- Monthly cost tracker (.xlsx, formulas built in) — twelve months of your real costs in the same categories the calculator uses: insurance, truck and trailer payments, permits and IFTA, phone/ELD, fuel, maintenance, tires, tolls. Cost per mile figured for every month, so you watch it move instead of guessing. Five minutes at month-end beats a guess at tax time.
