Added file for Cozy Knit Textures modpack
I was playing around with Tile options and liked this texture, so I made a modpack for it.
Will work for any vanilla upscale of the Cotton Tights, just set this at 1 higher priority to the main mod.

Added file for Starlight Tights Textures modpack
Realized the Starlight Tights shared the same texture pathing as Cotton Tights, so I took those textures and put them as an optional modpack for the Cotton Tights.
They're dual dye, with the snowflakes on dye 2 and has an optional Smooth normal.
