Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, refunds are generally not available once a session has been scheduled. If you have a concern about your booking, please contact me, and I will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Is coaching included in the Clarity Conversation?

No. The Clarity Conversation is an introductory session. If ongoing coaching is appropriate, coaching options may be discussed afterward.
