You can use the PDF journal provided or use the PNG files to create your own journal. These files are suitable to use on Goodnotes, Notability or any other PDF supporting app on your device. 

To import the PNG to Goodnotes please add the file as an image, you can hold on the image to add it as an element and this will turn it into a sticker.
