Over two days, 16 speakers plus ‘Lightning Talks’ from a number of delegates challenged how horticulturists think about gardens and gardening as the climate changes. The talks were wide-ranging and covered a range of topics from the impact of climate on weather and growing conditions to soil and water management and planting choices. It included some perspectives from gardens across the country and provided an opportunity for horticulturists from Britain and Ireland to discuss issues of concern with their peers as well as experts in different fields.
