UK Cleaner Pricing Toolkit - Job Calculator, Tracker and Checklists

Cleaning for two hours is rarely just two hours of work. Travel, supplies, parking and your own time all affect what a job leaves you.

This toolkit helps UK domestic cleaners and small teams build a quote using their own costs, compare a proposed price, and track completed visits and monthly results.

HOW TO USE IT

Download and extract the ZIP. Open a working copy of the spreadsheet in a desktop app, replace the amber example inputs with your own figures, then review the quote and surplus. Record completed visits and separate overhead expenses to review your actual month.

FILES AND REQUIREMENTS

One .xlsx workbook and two PDFs in a ZIP. English language, pound currency and UK dates. No macros, paid add-ons or subscription are needed to use the toolkit. Tested in LibreOffice Calc 26.2.4.2, a free desktop spreadsheet app. A desktop computer is recommended. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and mobile apps have not been tested. Save another clean copy for a new tracking period.

The workbook does not connect to a bank, send invoices, import bookings or file a tax return. Starter figures are illustrations, not suggested local rates. Surplus is after the labour allowance; it is a management measure rather than taxable profit or guaranteed income.

USE LICENCE

One purchaser can use and adapt the toolkit within their own cleaning business, including sharing working copies with their team. Resale, redistribution and public sharing are not permitted.
