About Me

Hi there! I'm Siobhan. I am Coach, Creative and Journal Therapist and I'm passionate about promoting journaling as a tool for healing. I am also a passionate photographer and reconnected with my love of this as part of my own healing and self-expression journey. I found blending the two together to be a therapeutic process that helped me connect with both my creativity and my inner voice. I wanted to create a light and simple way for others to experience this so I created the 21 Day PhotoJournaling Challenge!


I also empower people to find the joy in their healing and begin to self-actualize their visions. I help women to heal by connecting to their feminine energy and moving out of survival mode into a creative state. In this space I help them to start building their bigger vision of life, whether that's starting a business, a family or a creative project.

I would be so honoured to have you walk alongside me on this journey of alignment, creation & connection.
