About Me

In 2016, my life changed forever. What began as a profound spiritual awakening became the catalyst for a deep and conscious healing journey. This awakening ignited a desire to uncover the truths about energy, alignment, and the sacred feminine essence. It was a calling to step into my highest self—not only for my own transformation but to serve as a guide for other women yearning to reconnect with their authentic, divine power.

With a background as a holistic therapist and nearly a decade of coaching experience in women’s health and wellness, I felt a calling to integrate my skills, knowledge, and passion into a unique coaching approach. Through years of studying spiritual awakening, vibrational energy, and feminine empowerment, I have crafted a method to help women embrace their spiritual journeys and unlock the potential within.

• Specialized Knowledge in Spiritual Awakening & Inner Work: Tools, insights, and practices to navigate the shifts and expansions of your spiritual journey. I have first-hand experience of navigating my own spiritual awakening and healing journey (including trauma healing & alcohol recovery). I take a grounded approach to spirituality. I believe in honouring both human and soul on this journey.
