This product includes my full workout routine as well as many different vital pieces of information that I believe is very important for anyone who is passionate or just getting started in the gym. This program is for beginners as well as a bit more experienced lifters who just want a bit more structure in their routine. There is 16 total pages of key information and knowledge that I have learned after much trial and error. This program WILL maximize your time inside and outside of the gym. There is also a page of all the exercises, in order, in picture form, with their provided alternatives.
