Are you struggling to build connection and harmony in your stepfamily?
(PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR)
Blending a family can feel overwhelming—especially when relationships feel forced, emotions run high, and connection doesn’t come as easily as you hoped.
What looks like distance, resistance, or conflict is often something deeper:
grief, loyalty binds, attachment wounds, and uncertainty about new roles.
The truth is: stepfamilies aren’t meant to “blend” overnight.
They need time, intention, and the right approach to truly bond.
In this therapist-led webinar, Victoria Valdez, LMFT, shares an attachment-based, real-life approach to building strong, healthy relationships in stepfamilies—without pressure, unrealistic expectations, or damaging dynamics.
You’ll learn how to move from tension and disconnection to trust, safety, and genuine connection.

Meet Victoria
Hi, I'm Victoria, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#1944) in Brentwood, TN. I specialize in working with kids, teens, parents, and women. I am the owner and clinical operational director of Tri-Synergy Counseling. I know parenting can be one of life’s most amazing and rewarding ventures, but it can also be challenging. Since children do not come with their own personalized how-to manuals, figuring out how to raise them through their many stages of development can be very difficult.
This is where I can help. I bring over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in foster care, residential treatment centers, in-home settings, school settings, and private practice. I have over 150+ hours of specialized training in supporting and treating child and teen mental health struggles.
I am also a mom of 3. I look forward to providing you with tools to support your child & teen's mental health.
