Mabel Ping-Hua Lee was a Chinese-American who fought for voting rights for women in the United, though she herself would not have been included due to her race.
This is a pattern for a cloche style hat. You may work it lined and un-felted OR unlined and felted (instructions for all options included).
Both are worked in the round and with the un-felted version worked from a provisional cast-on.
Included are instructions for the embellishments. In addition the charts are shown with colour and with symbols.
