When garage inventor Elliot Wilcox builds the OSULRC-1 (Outerspace Ultralight Rocking Chair) - part Boston rocker, part scooter, part player piano, part spaceship - he never imagined the U.S. military would try to steal it. But when the scheming Commander Silk and his boss Admiral Ramirez set their sights on Elliot's backyard spacecraft, it's going to take all the cunning this suburban space pioneer and his family can muster to stay one step ahead.
