What’s NOT Included?

This is a reviewing service, not a full custom itinerary planning service. You need a rough itinerary ready for me to review. I unfortunately cannot help plan your trip from scratch.

This service also does not include hotel booking or reservation management. All recommendations are made for you to book your own accommodation, transport and activities.

I currently do not offer any live video consultations. This service consists of a recorded video review and a one-email follow-up for additional questions.

I cannot help with any visa or immigration support.

This service is only for those who are planning a trip to Japan, not those who are already in Japan and require emergency assistance.

Do I need to have my full itinerary planned already?

You will need an itinerary for me to review, but I’m happy to give you recommendations on what to add or take off depending on your interests.

Can you help me decide where to stay?

Yes, I can review the hotels you picked or give any recommendations of hotels based on your budget and itinerary.

Will you plan my entire trip for me?

No, this service is a review of your itinerary. I currently do not offer full itinerary planning services.

Does this service include a call/Zoom meeting?

No, this service is delivered via personalised video review. I currently do not offer live consultations.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes, one follow-up clarification email is included.

How long does it take to get a review?

Usually, within 7 days after submitting your itinerary.

Can you help with transport passes?

Yes, I will give advice on what transport passes work well for your itinerary (or if it’s better/cheaper to not use them)
