The SFR Bundle consists of an entire 12 months of expertly designed, phased workout programming, specifically aimed to improve training excitement, prevent plateaus and dramatically improve how you feel, look and perform! The SFR Bundle gives you access to all 4 Blocks of Training, consisting of 3 months each, and over 12 unique training phases in total. Here’s to a brand new high performing, well-built body!

Training Block 1: SFR Foundations

SFR Foundations is designed to improve mind muscle connection, balance out the body and create a sound structure of health, strength and fitness.

Training Block 2: SFR Physique

SFR Physique is programmed to build a significant amount of lean muscle over the 3 muscle building phases, while also helping you shred off body fat and improve your over-all body composition. A great phase for the summer months.

Training Block 3: SFR Strength

SFR Strength is focused on getting you strong. A quality base of strength is not only essential in improving how your body looks, but how it functions and performs. Strength is one of the most reliable predictors of preventing all-cause mortality. If you like the idea of living longer, and being as much “go” as you are “show”, this block of training is going to be the perfect balance for you.

Training Block 4: SFR Power & Performance

SFR Power & Performance was created on the basis of improving an individual’s over-all athleticism and functionality. Across the 3 phases, not only are you going to be lifting in a more dynamic, explosive fashion, but you are going to sprint, jump and move in a variety of ways that promote true full body strength and stability.
