• DO NOT Charge more for turning the Shading/Bits layer on/off.
• DO NOT remove the credits layer on the base
• DO NOT charge any more then 10% of the price of the base for paid commissions.
• You may 'frakenbase' with proper credit
• You may use this base for commissions, personal, and adopts whether it be real or fake currency.
