ABOUT

Woolweft uses slip stitch mosaic to create transitions between four colours in this top down sweater. Short rows are worked at the beginning of the yoke, and then into a compound raglan, offering a comfortable fit. Slip stitch mosaic can be a great introduction to colourwork, as you only need to carry one strand at a time. The sleeve length is adjustable to target your perfect fit. This pattern includes both written and charted instructions for mosaic sections.

EASE

This sweater can fit however you like! The sample was knit to fit the intended wearer with 4 - 6 inches of positive ease. When selecting a size, I would encourage you to think about how you like your sweaters to fit. If you like a closer-fitting garment, choose a Finished Chest Circumference with 0 - 2 inches of positive ease. If you like a looser-fitting garment, choose a Finished Chest Circumference with 6 or more inches of positive ease. Consider other dimensions such as Upper Arm Circumference when selecting a size to target your favourite fit.
