Freelancer Business Dashboard — Excel Project, Payment & Expense Tracker

An editable Excel dashboard for tracking client projects, payments, expenses and deadlines.

Includes four tabs: Dashboard, Projects, Expenses and Start Here. Enter gross client payments and fees separately. The dashboard calculates outstanding project balances and net cash after fees and logged expenses. Project rows show prompts for missing deadlines, overdue payments and approaching due dates.

Use the 200 prepared project rows and 200 expense rows. The workbook has status and category dropdowns, formulas and fictional sample entries to replace. No macros or subscription.

One currency per workbook. The sample uses USD; change Excel number formats if you use INR or another currency. It does not send invoices, connect to banks or handle taxes. Billable expenses are labels only. More than 200 entries requires updating formulas and summary ranges.

Requires Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application; formatting may vary. Calculations were checked in the authoring engine but have not been independently tested in desktop Excel. For personal and internal business use; do not resell or redistribute the template. Digital download only.
