Added full transparency for the front bangs.

Added a new PMAT file. It is already included in the package. Place it in the game’s mod folder and restart the game for it to take effect. This file is required for this mod and future mods.

Introduced Liltoon’s fluffy/plush hair workflow. Make sure the Liltoon shader is included in your ShaderServant plugin pack.
