What Is this eBook about?

Many of us move too little. It’s not a secret; we all know it and we also know that it’s really not so good for our health and wellbeing.


The World Health Organization (WHO) states that “any amount of physical activity is better than none, and more is better.” Sure, but it’s usually not so easy to change our lifestyles and find the discipline to engage in regular physical activity.


In fact, we often do feel the urgency to move more and better our health or prevent disease, and then suddenly start exercising excessively and disproportionally; this not only brings certain health risks but it’s also a proven recipe to fall back to our old sedentary routine.


Instead, we believe that “less is often more,” that we need to build up slowly, and integrate physical activity in our lives instead of approaching it as something separate. It needs to become a normal, natural part of our lifestyle if we want it to succeed.


Therefore, in this book, we give you some things to think about as a support to finding the means and motivation to more easily incorporate frequent physical movement and exercise in your life so as to reap its health benefits.
