I created this workbook with the average mom in mind. Overworked, under-eating, touched out, overstimulated, staying up way too late for “me” time, & just feeling all around depleted. I want women to feel empowered, supported & encouraged to take care of themselves, so they can take care of their loved ones from their overflow. If you’re running on little sleep & a lot of caffeine, wondering how the heck you have time to eat anything other than a quick snack on your way out the door - I thought of you when writing this.
