HuángKāng thought he picked the perfect target. Disguised and searching for valuables, he sneaks into TíngHuī's room—only to be brutally ambushed from behind. The struggle ends with HuángKāng knocked completely unconscious.

The real horror begins when TíngHuī realizes the thief's heart has stopped beating. Panicked, TíngHuī uses frantic CPR and AED shocks to bring him back from the edge. However, this isn't a rescue. When HuángKāng finally opens his eyes, he finds himself tied to the bed, trapped in a twisted game where unconsciousness is his only escape, and TíngHuī is waiting with the defibrillator to start it all over again.
