This agreement grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 55 IPA American English Pronunciation Videos - 2014 Edition for educational purposes within a public school setting. The license covers in-person lessons at one physical location and online classroom use through one website.
A public school is an educational institution that provides free education to students and is funded and operated by governmental authorities. This includes public elementary schools (kindergarten through grade 5 or 6), public junior high schools (grades 6 through 8 or 7 through 9), public high schools (grades 9 through 12 or 10 through 12), and public colleges/universities.
The Licensee can use the product across multiple classes for in-person lessons at the designated physical location and for online use through one password-protected website. They may also embed links to the product in PDF documents shared with students.
The Licensee cannot share the product with other schools or third parties, upload it to any other website or platform, incorporate it into any applications or software, or host it on social media platforms.
The annual license fee is $399 USD per License Term for use of the Product with up to 2,000 students. If the number of students exceeds 2,000, the Licensee must notify Licensor within seven (7) business days to obtain a custom quote for the next license tier (2,001 to 10,000 Students).
The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in its possession.
This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year License Terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current License Term.
All sales are final and non-refundable, as stated in Section 14 of this agreement. By purchasing the Product, the Licensee acknowledges that they have reviewed the product description and any available samples and agree that no refunds will be issued.
No, as stated in Section 4.5, you are not permitted to use the Product as part of any software programs. If you are a developer of education apps, please contact us for a custom quote for a developer license.
