Prismatic is knit in the round and begins and ends with 1x1 ribbing. The garter stitch triangle pattern is easy to repeat and creates a delightfully textured pattern. Mix and match your odds and ends to make as many different colour combinations as you'd like!

Sizing: Toddler (Child Small, Child Large, Adult Short, Adult Long)

Approximately 21 (22.5, 24, 27, 54)" in circumference and 3.5 (5.5, 5.5, 8, 8)" tall.

Materials:

Yarn:

MC (solid): 100 (135, 145, 195, 375) yards of sport weight yarn (samples shown in Spincycle Wilder in

"light grey" for the Child Large and Adult Short and Wilder in "dark grey" for the Adult Long) 

CC (variegated): 15 (35, 35, 55, 110) yards of sport weight yarn (samples shown in Spincycle

Nocturne in "long shot" for the Child Large and Adult Short and "wild horses" for the Adult Long)

Gauge:

Chart A measures 1.5” across.

21.5 sts & 48 rounds / 4” in Mosaic Triangle pattern

Suggested Needles:

US #2 / 2.75 mm for ribbing  

US #4 / 3.5 mm (or as required to achieve gauge) for body of cowl

Notions:

stitch markers, darning needle

The pattern has both charted and written instructions for the mosaic triangle section.
