Cooking with Kids: 12 Easy Family Recipes | English PDF Cookbook
WHAT SHALL WE EAT TODAY?
Twelve simple recipes for everyday meals, snacks and baking, made with children aged about four and up.
Some days a child stirs the yoghurt. Some days everyone tops their own wrap pizza. And sometimes an afternoon produces a tray of wonderfully wonky biscuits. This small recipe booklet offers clear steps and ways to join in, without turning every meal into a big project.

5 everyday meals:
• One-pot tomato pasta
• Roast potatoes, carrots and herb dip
• Top-your-own wrap pizzas

WHO IS IT FOR?
Adults cooking together with children aged about four and up. Older children can take on more tasks; adapt the suggestions to your child's experience and interest.
The recipes use familiar ingredients including butter, milk, plain yoghurt, eggs, vegetables and chicken, with olive or coconut oil. Unsweetened plant-based drinks can replace milk. The roast potato recipe includes thick Greek-style yoghurt as an alternative to quark.
Depending on the recipe, ingredients include milk, eggs, wheat, oats, nuts or sesame.
MEASUREMENTS
Metric quantities in grams and millilitres, plus selected approximate US cup/spoon equivalents for common baking ingredients and liquids. Oven settings include °C and rounded °F equivalents for a conventional oven. Gram measurements remain the reference, especially for baking. This is not a cups-only recipe book.
