Binaural Beats are created when each ear receives a slightly different frequency, allowing the brain to generate a third integrative tone. Because this effect occurs within the brain, headphones or earbuds are required to receive the full neurological benefit, particularly for deep subconscious re-patterning at the root level of belief and emotional processing. Listening once daily is recommended.
