A 20-card whole-class loop game that builds fluent recognition of Arabic numbers 1–20. Fully voweled with harakat, paired with dot illustrations for quantity sense, and printed out of order so students must truly listen. Print, laminate, and reuse all year!

Get your whole class listening, reading, and counting in Arabic with this self-checking loop game! Every student holds a card and the chain only comes back to the start if everyone paid attention — instant, playful accountability with zero marking for you.

✨ What makes this set different:

  • Fully voweled (harakat included) on every number word — perfect for structured literacy and early Arabic readers
  • Dot illustrations on every "I have" card link the written number to a real quantity, not just word recognition
  • Numerals shown on both halves (Eastern Arabic digits) so students cross-check word ↔ digit ↔ quantity
  • Cards are pre-shuffled in the printable — no numerical order to "cheat" from, so the listening skill is genuine

 What's included:

  • 20 printable, laminate-ready cards (numbers 1–20)
  • 1-page teacher instruction sheet
  • Full answer key
  • High-resolution PDF, ready to print on A4

How to Play

  1. Shuffle and hand out all 20 cards — one per student (pair up if you have a smaller class).
  2. Pick anyone to start. They read their blue "I have" section aloud (the number, the digit, and the dots).
  3. Then they read their orange "Who has...?" prompt.
  4. The student holding the matching card calls out "I have...!" and reads their own prompt.
  5. Keep going around the room — the chain loops back to the very first card when everyone's listened correctly!
