Is a single session right for you?
A single session is a good fit when you have one thing that feels stuck, or you need a reset. It might be a work situation, a decision, a routine that's stopped working, or simply too much going on in your head.
Together we'll slow things down, get clear on what matters most, and leave you with one or two small, realistic next steps that work with your brain, not against it.

How do I book my session time?
After you've paid, you'll get access to your coaching space. I'll also email you within 2 working days to arrange a time that suits you.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are online, so you can join from wherever feels comfortable.
Can my employer pay, or can I use Access to Work?
Coaching may be fundable through Access to Work. Email hello@luminouswithin.co.uk and I'll help you with what you need.
Can I get a refund?
Coaching is non-refundable once paid for. Please only book when you're ready to commit to your session.
What if I can't make my session?
If you need to rearrange, let me know at least 24 hours before. Sessions missed without notice are counted as used and aren't refunded or rescheduled.
