Temperament Centered Management Discovering YOU!

We are born with a temperament and will leave with the same temperament. However, management of our temperament is necessary to fulfill our potential. Someone may ask the question, why would God create us with weaknesses. Is it a setup for us to fail? The answer is definitely no. God’s purpose for our lives is not to trick us. God needed to establish a fulcrum where our conscience and will power could be activated and come into obedience. The power of will is activated by the power of choice. Therefore, weakness in our lives is in order to activate will power—not destroy us.

When we misuse resources, we become a mismanager. Our life was entrusted to us by God; misuse of this life will result in losing it. This mismanagement will disqualify you because you misappropriated your life.

His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents (Matthew 25:26-28 KJV).
