Find Your Calm: Meet Katrina Zawawi, Expert in Neurodivergent Well-being

Hello! I'm Katrina Zawawi, passionate about supporting neurodivergent well-being. My commitment to this membership blends extensive professional experience with profound personal understanding.

As a 500-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher and holding a Master's degree in Adult Autism, I've gained unique insights. My journey was shaped by years of supporting young autistic adults, alongside my own lifelong struggle with intense stress and anxiety as an undiagnosed autistic individual. This led me to a powerful realisation: Kundalini Yoga is a game-changer for neurodivergent minds. Unlike traditional yoga, or even Kundalini yoga in a longer setting can add to overwhelm. Therefore I have found short, specific Kundalini yogic techniques consistently bring individuals back to their neutral, regulated emotional state, settling the nervous system almost immediately.
