This is an undated ADHD planner. There’s no year in it and no fixed dates, so if you don’t open it for a few weeks you just pick up on today. A planner full of empty dated boxes is usually where people give up, and this is built to avoid that.

It’s organised big to small.

Anchors are pages you fill in once a season: a 90-day focus, a shelf for ideas you’re not acting on yet, a line about why you’re bothering.

Months get one page each — a loose map, a couple of intentions, a quick money check, a reset list.

Weeks are the spread you’ll live in: three priorities, an energy forecast, a Now / Next / Not now / Not me board for sorting a bad day, a day that hangs off waking and meals rather than the clock, and a done list.

Days are optional, for the ones that need their own page.

On top of that there are trackers (habits with streaks optional, mood and energy, meds and symptoms, a money quick-log, sleep, cycle) and twelve tool pages for the awkward stuff: task triage, cutting a big thing down to a ten-minute first move, a body-doubling log, decision defaults, appointment prep, scripts for messages you’re dreading, a note to yourself about rejection, and a few more.

There are reviews at week, month and season level. None of them score you.

What you get: one 85-page PDF, fully hyperlinked, tested in GoodNotes, Notability and Xodo, and fine to print on A4 or US Letter. Personal use. Not medical advice.
