These weekly online classes offer a practical, grounded approach to Qi Gong and the internal arts, with a focus on building a strong, well-integrated body and a calm and mind and regulated nervous system.


Classes integrate:

  • Core Nei Gong principles
  • Simple Qi Gong exercises
  • Whole-body breathing
  • Body awareness and structural alignment


These classes are suitable for those both new to Qi Gong or those with more experience.

  • Format: Live online class (Zoom) Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm
