A six-week guided program to take your business from not knowing where to start, to building a practical pathway and making tangible progress towards becoming ready for government opportunities.
Government spends $240 billion every year on contracts with Australian businesses. Everything from trades and building services, to cleaning, landscaping, tech services, consultancy, catering, the list goes on and on.
It's highly likely that government is already buy what your business provides, and your business could be supplying.
But where do you start?
Which government markets should you target? Where are opportunities advertised? Which registrations matter? What documents will buyers expect—and what should you work on first?
The Tender READY Kickstart turns that confusion into a practical plan, with support that delivers tangible progress.
Over six weeks, you will define your government offer, select your priority markets, complete relevant supplier registrations, assess your readiness and create a realistic 90-day implementation roadmap.
Everything you need to know to begin targeting government as a client for your small business.
By the end of the program, you will have:
You will leave with a clear direction—not another overwhelming list of information.
Decide what you want to offer government and prioritise the councils, government markets and supplier arrangements most relevant to your business.
Complete your priority tender-platform registrations and establish a practical process for monitoring suitable opportunities.
Review your registrations, compliance, capability, capacity and evidence to identify the gaps that matter most.
Organise the licences, insurance, policies, qualifications and records relevant to your target work.
Turn previous work into reusable project evidence, case-study content and the foundations of a capability statement.
Bring everything together into a focused plan for the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
One focused presentation each week, with each video. Sharp information that clearly explains the weeks subject.

The program includes 6-weeks of support. Submit questions as you work through the program, with questions answered in dedicated and forever growing Q&A video library, providing access to practical guidance and support.

I have spent 15 years working in government procurement and tendering, including experience evaluating supplier submissions.
I created Tender READY Kickstart because capable businesses are often held back—not by their ability to deliver, but by uncertainty about where to start and what government buyers may expect.
