Levi the Leopard is an amigurumi feline that is almost completely no-sew. The only sewing needed is to stitch on the white muzzle and belly, as the legs, body, arms, tail, head, and ears are all crocheted in one piece! This stuffed animal is designed with the faux fur yarn, Feels Like Bliss, from Lion Brand Yarn. It can be crocheted with other types of yarn and fibers as well for a different look. The body pattern for this big cat can also be modified to create a teddy bear, lion, cat, or other animals with small changes! This pattern makes a great birthday gift, Christmas holiday gift, or craft fair product.

Height: 7 inches

MATERIALS

Furry Bulky weight “5” yarn (I used 1 skein of LBY Feels LIke Bliss in yellow, and scraps of the same yarn in white and dark grey)

Black thread (or thin yarn) for embroidering nose and mouth

4mm crochet hook

12mm plastic safety eyes

Stuffing

Yarn needle

Scissors

FO = fasten off

MR = magic ring

ch = chain

sl st = slip stitch

sc = single crochet

inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)

dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)

hdc = half double crochet

dc = double crochet

tr = treble (triple) crochet
