Copy and paste "AM Film JSX" file here:

Windows

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 20xx\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels

Mac

/Applications/Adobe After Effects <version>/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels/

Open After Effects

Go to Window → Scroll down → Click AMFilmUI
