GENERAL INFORMATION

- If you are buying an NSFW model, you must be 18 or older.

- If you are gifting someone an avatar, please use the gifting feature and input THEIR information (VRC/Discord Username) in the corresponding checkout form fields

- You must fill out all question fields correctly during the checkout process, otherwise I will revoke your license

- Refunds are not available/will not be given in most cases as these are digital products. Please be sure to read the product page carefully to ensure you want to purchase said product.

PROHIBITED/ NOT ALLOWED

- You are not allowed to redistribute the obtained packages to anyone, it is not to leave your metaphorical hands

- You are not allowed to upload obtained packages to anyone else's account unless you both own the product

- Do NOT take any assets, textures, materials, or edits of the assets off my models for the purpose of reusing them on other models. If they are available for purchase, they will be linked in the credits

- You are not allowed to make my avatars/models public under any circumstances, they are for private and personal use only

- Do NOT use my models or my models likeness for commercial purposes in anyway. (This includes but is not limited to actions such as selling merch)

- You are not allowed to recreate my model in anyway, shape or form. (This includes but is not limited to genderbends, chibis, etc). The model and the model's design is my intellectual property.

- Price splitting and re--selling are absolutely forbidden

- Do not feed my work into AI in any format

PERMITTED/ IS ALLOWED

- You can make edits of my products AS LONG as it is still recognizable as my product (NO HEAVY EDITS). However, You can not claim the product as your own creation just because it has been edited.

- You can use this model for streaming/tiktoks/photos/ videos as long as you credit me for the model use

- You are allowed to create your own scratch made DLC's such as clothing, accessories, textures and more for others to purchase and add to my models AS LONG AS the original model files are not apart of the package and you have obtained permission from me prior (Please dm me on discord to discuss this)

- You are allowed to commission LIGHT EDITS to my models as long as the person you are commissioning also owns my product.
