HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

1. Download and print the PDF on heavyweight white cardstock.
2. Print at 100% or Actual Size—do not select Fit to Page.
3. Carefully cut around the complete topper base.
4. Cut out the separate matching character overlay.
5. Align the overlay directly over the character printed on the base.
6. Attach it using foam dots or foam tape to create the 3D effect.
7. Secure a cake-topper stick or food-safe dowel to the back using strong tape or low-temperature glue.
