What's inside:

- Setup: your names, wedding date, total budget and planned guest count, plus guest sides and up to 4 meal choices.

- Budget: 15 starter categories (room for 20) with an optional target share of your budget. Estimated, contracted, expected, paid and still-owed amounts fill in for each category, and categories over their target are flagged.

- Vendors: up to 80 vendors or items with category, estimate, contract price, final due date and notes. The status updates itself: Researching, Booked, Due soon (within 30 days), Overdue or Paid in full.

- Payments: log up to 150 deposits and payments. Each one adds up on the right vendor and category, and names that don't match the Vendors tab are flagged.

- Guests: up to 250 invitations with side, number invited, RSVP (Pending, Yes, No), meal choices, table, gifts and thank-you notes. A meal check flags households whose meal counts don't add up.

- Dashboard: budget left, paid vs. still owed, what's due in the next 30 days, the next payment due, any overdue balance, RSVP counts, meal totals, cost per guest and thank-you notes still to send.

- Instructions tab first, dropdowns, locked formula cells and a layout designed for small screens.
