Each path includes five editable files: a quick-start README, intake questionnaire, specification or contract template, acceptance-test CSV and QA checklist. The templates cover scope guards, known limitations, confidence thresholds, human escalation, idempotency and rollback where relevant.

Not included: this is not a finished SaaS, codebase, deployment, compliance certification or promise of model accuracy. It does not include client data or third-party credentials.

Please contact support within 14 calendar days of purchase if: you cannot access or download the files after reasonable troubleshooting; the delivered package is materially different from the public product description; you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or a file is corrupted and a working replacement cannot be provided promptly.

Eligible requests will be handled with a replacement or refund as appropriate. Change-of-mind requests after the download has started are reviewed case by case. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Refunds are issued through the original PayPal payment where permitted by law and platform rules.

Do not send passwords, API keys, client data or other confidential information. Support requests are acknowledged within two business days (a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time).

Refund abuse, fraud or repeated requests involving substantially used or redistributed files may be refused where permitted by law and platform rules.
