Rebel Roots DIY Horse Head Jewelry Kit

Create your own one-of-a-kind Rebel Roots horse without having to start from a spool of wire.

Each kit begins with a handcrafted copper horse-head frame with the stone already set and secured, just like the frames I use to create my finished Rebel Roots pieces. From there, the horse becomes yours.

Your kit includes pre-cut copper wire for creating the mane, a hand-selected assortment of beads, stones and decorative pieces, and a leather cord necklace so your finished horse is ready to wear.

No two kits will be exactly alike. The colors, stones and embellishments are selected to coordinate with the center stone while still giving you plenty of freedom to create your own mane and personality.

TOOLS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You will need basic jewelry-making tools such as small pliers and wire cutters to complete your horse.

Want the antiqued Rebel Roots look?

The copper arrives bright and unfinished as shown. If you would like to darken or antique your finished horse, liver of sulfur is not included and must be purchased separately. Patina is completely optional—your horse can be left bright copper if you prefer.

Every finished horse will be different because you are the artist for the final step.
