Why I made it

Inspired by Kilohearts' Pitch Shifter. Live's Shifter steps by semitone, and its Fine range is limited.

Smooth, continuous pitch

Sweep the whole range with no steps. The yellow line draws your move.

Semitone Lock

Snaps to whole semitones for musical intervals.

5 modes

• Clean: tight and punchy, for drums and mixes.
• Grain: classic granular sound.
• Spectral: smooth, for pads and sustained sounds.
• Formant: keeps a voice sounding natural.
• Vocal: clean, natural shifting for solo vocals, with formant control.

Range and Range Lock

1–96 semitones. Snaps to octaves when locked.

Dry/Wet

Blend in the original for layered pitch.

Spectrum display

Original in grey, shifted in blue.

Fully automatable

Every control maps and automates like a stock parameter.

Requirements

• Ableton Live 12 with Max for Live.
• Works on any audio track or MIDI track (after the instrument).
• Reports its latency to Live, so it stays in time with the rest of your set.
