Digital download only; no physical item. Sample figures are hypothetical and must be replaced. Estimates depend on the costs you enter and assume one batch per transaction. Sales tax, live ingredient prices, and automatic sales tracking are not included. Ingredient pack and used quantities must use the same unit; the workbook does not convert cups to grams.

Use Microsoft Excel on a computer. Excel is not included. Google Sheets and other spreadsheet apps have not been tested.
