Roasted Cherry Chocolate Brownie

I am so proud of this creation! Not only is it stunning to look at, but oh boy, is it dang delicious too! Picture this: intensely cherry ice cream swirled together with the most divine chocolate brownies. The cherry pits are steeped in the cream, infusing the ice cream with delightful almond notes. The brownies are perfectly chocolaty and, I am happy to report, stay soft even after freezing! This flavor is a true celebration of the season and I hope you love it just as much as I do!
